We want to make sure you love your purchase, but if you need to return something, no worries! Check out our return and refund policy below. We’ve made it as easy and clear as possible for you.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item in your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Summary of Return Policy:
  • All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery and are at the customer’s expense.
  • The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package, once we have determined that the return meets the mentioned conditions.
  • Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.
Conditions for Return:
  • Time Frame: Your request to return must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition: This means unused and unaltered, with all original packaging intact. If you ordered a t-shirt, feel free to unpack it to facilitate inspection of the product. However, please note that you are solely responsible for any decrease in the value of the items resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
  • Damaged Goods: If the product is damaged due to external factors, such as improper handling by the customer, the return policy does not apply.
  • Full-Priced Products: Eligible for a refund, unless purchased with Klarna, Sezzle, or AfterPay. Orders placed with Klarna, Sezzle, or AfterPay are only eligible for store credit.
  • Sale Items: Any item purchased on sale or at a marked down price is final sale and not eligible for an exchange or return.
  • Promo Codes: Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order are only eligible for store credit.

We reserve the right to unilaterally modify, suspend, or terminate this policy at any time.

We’re sorry to hear that you need to return your item! Here’s how to start the process:

  • Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at info@teedix.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number along with instructions for returning the product. We will also send you the Model Withdrawal Form via email, but it is not obligatory to use it. Our return address is in Sofia, Bulgaria.
  • Shipping: Pack the item securely, include the return authorization number, and ship the package to the return address provided.
  • Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges are processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Original Condition: Ensure that the product is in its original condition before returning. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the items and the original delivery charges to your address (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery). Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that while we refund the original delivery charges to your address, we do not cover the costs associated with returning the item to us. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays. Various factors can influence delivery times, including distance to the destination, carrier delays (especially during peak holiday seasons), weather conditions, natural events, and customs clearance processes for international shipments.

Please note that for custom-made apparel, the processing and dispatch time might be extended due to production requirements. Additionally, during peak periods or due to high demand, fulfillment times might be slightly extended.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen:

  • International Destinations: Typically, delivery occurs within 2-6 business days after dispatch.
  • EU Destinations: Typically, delivery occurs within 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Various factors can influence the actual delivery time, including distance to the destination, carrier delays (especially during peak holiday seasons), weather conditions, natural events, and customs clearance processes.

We partner with various reputable courier services to deliver your orders. The specific courier used for your order will depend on the destination country and the type and size of the products being shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor the status and progress of your delivery.

In some cases, your order may be split into multiple packages. This can happen due to technical reasons, such as products being sourced from different production centers or the items in your order being of different categories that require separate packaging. Rest assured, all packages will be tracked and delivered to your specified address.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the Courier:Reach out to the courier directly for assistance with changing the delivery address or scheduling a specific delivery date. They can provide the most immediate updates and solutions.
  • Contact Our Customer Service: If the issue persists or you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the issue and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Ordering & Discounts

We begin processing your order immediately after it’s placed. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes once the order is submitted. This includes cancellations, changes to shipping or billing addresses, shipping methods, inserting promo codes, or removing/adding/altering items in your order.

Yes, we do. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an invoice for your purchase. You will receive an automatic email confirmation of the shipment, which will include a PDF invoice for your records.

While making a purchase, you will find an option in the shipping address section labeled “I need an invoice with company data.” Please select this option and enter the necessary information accordingly.

Input your discount code in the basket area during checkout. You’ll find the option to apply a discount code under the order summary. Click the “Apply” link to reveal the field where you can enter your code. Simply type your code into the box and click “Apply.” If the code is valid, the discount will be applied immediately, and you’ll see the updated total. If the code is invalid, an error message will appear.

If your discount code isn’t working, please check the following:

  • Ensure you’ve entered the code exactly as provided, without any extra spaces.
  • Verify that the code hasn’t expired and is still valid.
  • Check if the code is applicable to the items in your cart (some codes may have product or category restrictions).
  • Confirm that you’ve clicked “Apply” after entering the code.

Our system allows only one discount code per order. If you have multiple codes, choose the one that gives you the best value. Combining discount codes is not currently supported.

Yes, we offer special discounts for bulk orders. If you’re planning to purchase a large quantity of items, please contact our Customer Service with the details (products, colors, sizes, quantities). We will provide you with a customized discount based on your order.

Once an order has been placed, discount codes cannot be retroactively applied. Please ensure you enter and apply your discount code during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Taxes & Duties

Depending on your location, additional customs or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Please be aware that taxes and duties may be imposed by your local government on all international packages. The amount of these charges is determined at the discretion of your local authorities. We are legally obligated to declare the full retail value of the purchased products on the customs documents generated by our shipping system.
